The prize

The winner of the Rising Star Award, as voted for by the public, will receive a fantastic £150 gift voucher to spend on www.linenslimited.com.

The rules

Voting is open to the public. The bios and photos provided by the shortlist will be hosted on the Linens Limited blog, along with a voting form.

The public are invited to review the information provided by the shortlist, and explore their social media accounts if this information is provided, before casting their vote here.

Voting will close at 23:59 on 25th July 2019.

The nominee with the most votes will win the £150 prize gift voucher from Linens Limited.

 

Terms and conditions

1. The competition is open to residents (18+) of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, excluding employees and the immediate families of Linens Limited or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.

2. The prize winner must be aged 18 or over.

3. Competition closes at 23:59 on 25th July 2019 - entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

4. The prize winner will be the individual who receives the most votes by 23:59 on 25th July 2019.

5. Linens Limited will contact the winner within five days of the closing date.

6. The winner must respond to notification of winning within five days otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and Linens Limited reserves the right to re-award the prize.

7. Linens Limited reserves the right to disqualify entrants who do not fulfil entry requirements.

8. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash.

9. Linens Limited reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the competition at any time.

10. No entries from agents, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.

11. You agree to participate, at our request, in publicity and you agree that we own all Intellectual Property Rights in, and may use at our absolute discretion, such publicity/interviews. We may refer to your association with the competition and/or the prize in all publicity, marketing and materials.

12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

13. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. In order to be taken into consideration, nominees must have either a Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account.

15. In order to be taken into consideration, nominees must use at least one social media account regularly, and update it with good quality imagery.

16. In order to be taken into consideration, nominees must have between 1,000 and 10,000 followers per aforementioned social media account.

17. Linens Limited reserves the right to choose a shortlist consisting solely of recommendations from third parties.

18. In the event of a tie, the voting period will be extended by 48 hours.
